RESCHEDULING

Clients are allowed one reschedule per deposit. This must be within 30 days of your original appointment. Appointments attempted to reschedule after 48hrs will result to your credit/debit card on file being charged 100% of your scheduled service(s)

CANCELLATIONS & NO CALL/NO SHOW

If client decides to cancel, the deposit will be forfeit. Appointments canceled after 48hrs will result in your credit/debit card being charged 100% of your scheduled service(s).

No call/no show will result in a hold being placed on the clients profile and charged 100% of the service, Client must pay FULL BALANCE of previous appointment in order to book a new appointment.
